League of Legends was released in 2009 with 40 Champions only. The game kept on going forward with multiple additions and new patches. Eventually, in 2020, League of Legends has 151 total Champions. The older Champions in the game are now reworked and come with a new design and different gameplay mechanics. 

There are different kinds of Champions with different roles in the games. Some Champions are only focused on supporting in the game, while the others look towards carrying the game. Each year, multiple League of Legends tournaments take place. Throughout the year, several series keeps the community alive and engaged.
