Anucha ‘Jabz’ Jirawong returns back to Fnatic after a month break. Fnatic failed to find any replacement for the professional and finally called him back to the squad. Jabz joins the official roster for an unknown position right now. The new roles will come out with the next iteration of the team.

Fnatic re-signed Anchua "Jabz" Jirawong to their Dota 2 roster, the organization announced.

Jabz and Fnatic

Jabz and Fnatic mutually came to a single decision of letting go of the star on 9th September 2020. The organization chose Nico ‘eyyou’ Barcelon to take Jabz’s position in the team. However, things didn’t go according to the plans of the organization. As Daryl ‘iceiceice’ Pei Xiang decided to leave the team on 16th September 2020, Fnatic failed to find any replacement for him. The organization says that eyyou is not the right fit for the position right now. That is why they will sign Jabz once again.

Playing with Stand-ins

Fnatic has tried playing with multiple stand-ins in recent tournaments.  Lee ‘Forev’ Sang-don and Kenny ‘Xepher’ Dro became the players to help Fnatic in recent events. However, the overall performance of the team was not too good at all. As the team finishes last at the Beyond the Summit Pro Series Season 3, Fnatic decides to try other stand-ins. After trying out other players in the squad, Fnatic failed to perform in the tournaments. Eventually, Fnatic decides that there is no good replacement for Jabz, other than Jabz himself.

New Roles in the Team

The former captain of Fnatic, Jabz is not going to return to his old position-five spot. However, he now moves to the position-four role and still plays as support. Djardel ‘DJ’ Mampusti is going to take the position-five role in the team and will take the captaincy in his hands. The current official roster of Fnatic includes Marc ‘Raven’ Fausto, Jabz, Kam ‘Moon’ Boon Seng, DJ, and the head coach Lee ‘SunBhie’ Jeongjae.

Upcoming news from Fnatic

Fnatic is still not sure about competing in a professional tournament. The team has not released any official news about entering the pro scene at the moment. As a matter of fact, the organization is currently looking for an Off-laner to replace iceiceice permanently from the team. Before the team finds an Off-laner, maybe they are not going to participate in any official tournament.

With Jabz joining the team, Fnatic has greater chances to perform in the upcoming matches. The organization is going to try a new captain and change to roles for the professionals. If this works, Fnatic will definitely become one of the best teams out there. The organization now signs a contract with Jabz and is rigid about the thought of re-hiring the professional into the team. Fans are excited to witness Jabz playing from Fnatic once again. The star has the opportunity to prove himself once again. With Iceiceice leaving the roster, a new player will join Fnatic. Let’s wait and watch who Fnatic signs up with.
